129. Unlocking Time Freedom: Creating Your 'Definitely Yes' and 'Maybe No' Lists📋

In our previous episode, we continued our work with time audits so that we could begin to build awareness and take action toward better time management. We discussed the importance of categorizing activities based on their importance, urgency, energy level, alignment with priorities, and necessity.

Today we are going to take that work and take it a step further… we will begin Creating Your "Definitely Yes" and "Maybe No" Lists when it comes to time commitments we need to keep and those we may need to change or get rid of.

Key Highlights:

We talk about what goes on our “definitely yes!” list, our “yes” list, and our “maybe no, not so much, not me, or not right now” list. This 3rd list is the zone of opportunity when it comes to creating more time in your schedule for the things you want to be doing. We have to “balance our budget” of time, and start getting to work on that “savings” bucket…the things that are important but have completely or nearly completely fallen off our list of commitments.
