Do you often find yourself:
Struggling with perfectionism?
Lacking self-confidence?
Having anxiety and doubts about your ideas, abilities, achievements and accomplishments?
Partaking in a lot of negative self-talk?
Having feelings of inadequacy?
Dwelling on past mistakes?
Feeling like you are not good enough?
Do you worry about not meeting expectations?
Do you feel like a fraud and eventually the whole world is going to see the truth about who you are (or rather who you aren’t)…that you aren’t really as capable or as smart as people think and just got where you are out of pure luck or coincidence?
If any of these ring true, you may have a touch (or full-blown case) of Imposter Syndrome. In fact, many high-achieving and successful people, do. To be clear, Imposter Syndrome is not a mental illness or diagnosis. It is a pattern of thinking that impacts our behaviors.
Imposter Syndrome is “the persistent inability to believe that one's success is deserved or has been legitimately achieved as a result of one's own efforts or skills.” Sound familiar? If so…tune in to hear the whole episode!

Happy Friday, Friends!
This week we have been talking about integrity. As Christians, our faith journey is one in which we seek to be more and more like Christ. In doing so, we are actually called to live with integrity. We are told (and shown) that God rewards integrity.
Today I wanted to look at some of the biblical references that point us to a life lived with integrity.
The Gospel actually tells us to demonstrate integrity in that we should do everything as if we are doing it for the Lord. In the book of Colossians, chapter 3, the Apostle Paul is outlining how we should live as believers, with our focus being on Christ. In Chapter 3:23-24 he says, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.”
The bible is filled with stories that demonstrate God’s reward for living a life of integrity and pure faith in Him. Tune in to hear more!
I hope this episode blesses you and that you will continue to join me on this journey toward balance, peace, and freedom to live the abundant life you were called to.

Hello, Friend!
Let me ask you this… do you demonstrate integrity in your leadership? Do you demonstrate integrity in your personal and professional life? What does that even mean? Well today that is what we are talking about. We are talking about integrity and what that looks like in leadership. As you listen, I want you to consider, who stands out in your mind as someone who lives and leads with integrity. I also want you to take a good hard look at whether you make it on the list.
In assessing your level of integrity, ask yourself the following questions:
Am I setting a good example for my team members?
Do I act in a way that builds trust with my team members?
Do I take responsibility for my mistakes?
Do I hold myself accountable for my decisions and behaviors?
Do I follow through on commitments and communications?
I believe that integrity is the cornerstone of great leadership. It is the key to building a positive, trusting work environment that leads to loyalty and productivity. It is also a key behavioral indicator to look for when recruiting or promoting team members.
Dwight Eisenhower is quoted as saying: “The supreme quality for leadership is unquestionably integrity. Without it, no real success is possible, whether it is on a section gang, a football field, in an army, or in an office.”
Something that important, is certainly worth some discussion…tune in to hear more!
I hope this episode blesses you and that you will continue to join me on this journey toward balance, peace, and freedom to live the abundant life you were called to.

Hey, Friend!
We can truly train our brain to experience life differently by practicing thought patterns that focus on God’s truth versus the enemy’s lies about who we are.
Changing our narrative or our thought patterns is much like riding a bike. We start out falling down and crashing into trees, but eventually, we are able to travel miles without even thinking about it.
Our mindset and personal narrative are similar. Once you develop a pattern of focusing on God’s truths and focus on ways to positively move forward, you develop a more natural tendency to do that regardless of your circumstances. This allows you to leave behind a life experience that has you playing the victim role and instead live in the victory that a life of faith offers. It allows you to ditch pitiful and claim powerful.
I hope this episode blesses you and that you will continue to join me on this journey toward balance, peace, and freedom to live the abundant life you were called to.

Friends, this message hit me today unexpectedly, and I felt led to share it immediately. It is not perfected and polished because the Lord wanted you to hear it in real-time. Forgive the imperfections and focus on the message. This was truly a God Download that stopped me in my tracks while out on a walk over my lunch break. Someone was meant to hear this today. If that is you, God sees you, hears you, and loves you. Turn your gaze toward him. SEEK HIM NOW...Tomorrow is too late.
I hope this episode blesses you!

Hey, Friend!
Are you sick and tired of riding the struggle bus? Do you find yourself spending most of your time frustrated and focused on the wrongs that have been done unto you? Do you feel burned out and irritated with the world? Well guess what…you can live a different existence. You do not have to stay on the hot mess express!
I spent a lot of years thinking of my story and future from a very limited perspective. I created a narrative in which I was limiting my potential to my own negative beliefs about myself, rather than claiming the powerful story that is mine through Christ. So many of us are choosing to live a narrative that leaves us pitiful versus powerful. It makes us a victim rather than a victor. We believe the lies we and the enemy tell ourselves and they become our story. By telling ourselves these negative messages over and over, we are actually wiring our brains to live a negative existence.
Today I teach you 4 steps that can change your life.
I hope this episode blesses you and that you will continue to join me on this journey toward balance, peace, and freedom to live the abundant life you were called to.
